Ghassan Huzien
Graduated from William Paterson University in 2008 with a Bachelors, in
Marketing Management with concentration in Advertising. He began working right away in the family
business with managing and marketing multiple gasoline stations. Ghassan became
interested in Real Estate after selling land that he owned
for a significant profit, which encouraged him to start up GMH Realty back in
2012.
Once starting GMH
Realty whose primary focus was flipping properties for a profit, the idea of
buying and selling homes is what made Ghassan become partners with David Ciliento
and start Modern Realty Group in 2015.
